In case you may have noticed, I am kind of obsessed with bags! My youngest is 4 and and my oldest is 9 so you could say I don’t really need a diaper bag anymore but how else am I going to carry their snacks, drinks, jackets, toys, and more?! Even without kids I pack so much stuff just for me. Having a bag that holds a ton that is both functional and stylish is essential! So when I found Orchid Hearts I fell in love with the Milan Leather Diaper Bag.

Orchid Hearts bags are handcrafted out of the finest full grain leather, designed in the USA but handcrafted in Columbia. They are made with a rich pebbled leather that looks and feels absolutely beautiful. Orchid Heart Designs was created by a Mom looking to create beautiful and functional bags for Mom’s everywhere! She wanted to create something perfect for holding the essentials for our kids while making Mom feel beautiful and elegant. She creates beautiful bags that you will want to carry all day, every day. Nature Love Wet Wipes Pouch

Orchid Hearts is also the creator of the amazing reusable wipes pouch that is perfect for diaper changes on-the-go or cleaning sticky hands.

When you order your new Orchid Hearts bag, it will come in a dust bag with a beautiful Orchid Hearts logo that matches your bag color. You will also receive a beatiful Orchid Hearts Tag that you can attach to your bag.

The Milan Leather Diaper Bag also includes a changing pad. The changing pad is a decent size and folds up nicely. It takes up very little room in the bag.

The changing pad measures at a width of 16″ x 25″.

The Fuchsia color is very vibrant and beautiful. If you are obsessed with the color pink, like me, than you will love it. You can of course order it in a different color if you wish. Orchid Hearts bags are made with high quality, durable materials. Leather is not machine washable, but you can clean the leather with the use of a soft cotton cloth slightly dampened with distilled water (sodium-free seltzer water may be substituted) and a mild bar soap, applied in a circular motion. Repeat with water only to ensure no residual soap remains. The leather should then be allowed to dry completely for 24 to 48hrs. You can also condition your leather bag, with a leather conditioner like Leather Honey Leather Conditioner. The Milan Leather Diaper Bag measures at Height 13″ x Length 12″ x Depth 6″. The Milan weights Approximately 2lbs 10 oz and weighs 2lbs 14oz with the attached Shoulder Strap.

The Orchid Heart Milan has two way zipper pulls and the entire bag has silver hardware.

There is a grab handle on the top of the bag, which is very convenient.

You can carry it backpack style or by the detachable strap.

The interior is made of a beautiful mint lining made of water-resistant polyester.

The Milan Diaper Bag worn in backpack style is very comfortable. I walked around for several hours wearing it with no problems.

I love the detachable shoulder strap but you could very easily replace it with your own shoulder strap if you wanted. The shoulder strap is very comfortable.

My favorite feature of the Milan Diaper Bag is how easy it is to pack everything I need and it all fits perfectly. There is plenty of space and tons of pockets for organization.

There are two bottle pockets that can easily fit a baby bottle, water tumbler, or a sippy cup. I have a 12oz Brumate Highball in Glitter Blush and a 10oz Re-Play Sippy Cup in mine.

The slits on the back allow you to detach the backpack straps from the bottom hardware and put the straps inside. This is very convenient if you prefer to wear it using the shoulder strap.

How gorgeous is the lining against the fuchsia? I absolutely love it.

The zippers unzip on the back to allow an opening to slide over a luggage handle.

The hardware on the bottom of the bag helps prevent damage.

The attached key fob is perfect for attaching your keys.

Overall the Orchid Hearts Milan Leather Diaper Bag is an amazing bag that is perfect for carrying everything you need for the kids, with plenty of space for Mom’s stuff too.

TWELVElittle Midi-Go Backpack 3.0 in Stripe Print – Review

The newest TWELVElittle On-The-Go Collection is here! The new collection released 1/25/21 and it is perfect for Spring, which is right around the corner. There are so many new prints and bags available like the new Blush Camo, the new Black/Tan prints, adorable new pouches, new stroller caddies and updates to the stripe and leaf prints. You can find it all here. I have always loved the stripe print so I chose the newest updated Midi-Go Backpack in Stripe. It’s a classic print that goes with everything, no matter what season it is.

I’m a very busy mom On-The-Go, so an easy to clean bag is essential! The TWELVElittle Midi-Go is very easy to clean. The interior is made of a water-resistant polyester lining, while the outside is made of a water-resistant PU coated polyester. Spot cleaning is recommended but it can be machine washed as needed. Make sure you machine wash on gentle cycle, cold wash, and air dry.

There are a total of 13 pockets, 7 outside and 6 inside that is perfect for keeping everything organized. You can very easily pack this bag with or without packing pouches.

The straps have been updated to this new style, and I am loving it! They are padded, adjustable, and comfortable. I was able to pack the bag full without it being heavy.

The D-rings on the back attach to stroller clips for the stroller, which is so convenient.

My favorite thing about TWELVElittle bags is the fact that they are both high quality and affordable with features that I love! They are also made free of harsh chemicals like PVC.

The newly added magnetic pocket with the zipper pocket on the front are my favorite! It is great for easy to reach items that you need to access quickly, like your phone, keys, mask, hand sanitizer, and other items.

A matching changing pad is included along with so much room for whatever you need.

The key fob in the front zipper pocket can hold your keys so your not searching for them everywhere.

The trim is made of 100% vegan leather, which is so beautiful.

The Midi-Go 3.0 is lightweight and comfortable without being overly bulky.

The Midi-Go 3.0 in Stripe and The Mini-Go 2.5 in Cactus

The Midi-Go 3.0 is very similar to the Mini-Go 2.5 with a few differences and a new name. The new Midi-Go has a new magnetic pocket and a zipper on the front while the Mini-Go only has the one zipper on the front.

They are both very similar in size and pack about the same. The zipper placements are a little different.

The insides of each bag are pretty much the same.

Another difference is the straps! They are padded, adjustable and comfortable just as before. They just adjust a little differently.

As you can see there are not many differences between the Midi-Go 3.0 and the Mini-Go 2.5, but I love the new updates. If you want to see more about the Mini-Go Backpack 2.5, you can read my full-review here.

Midi-Go Backpack 3.0 in Stripe and On-The-Go Backpack in Cactus Print 2.0

The Midi-Go Backpack is the perfect medium sized backpack. It’s about 15% smaller than the Full-Sized On-The-Go Backpack making it perfect for an everyday bag.

How much can you pack? As little or as much as you want!

There are two exterior insulated bottle pockets that can easily fit sippy cups or your favorite water bottle. I have a replay sippy cup and my 20oz Brumate Imperial Pint in Glitter Mermaid in mine. Hoodies, bonfires, and cooler weather, Fall is here in Florida and I am loving it! We don’t get the beautiful Fall season like up north but its been so nice out lately.

It may be fall here in Florida, but it’s still sunny and perfect for the TWELVElittle Mini-Go Backpack 2.5 in Cactus Print! This print may be made for summer but it’s cute enough to use all year.

This new and improved mini-go backpack has some amazing new features not included in the previous versions. Updates include two insulated side bottle pockets, two rings on the back to attach to stroller clips (sold separately) and an included changing pad.

The TWELVElittle Mini-Go Backpack is smaller than the regular On-The-Go Backpack but can still pack a ton! It’s perfect for Mom’s that prefer a smaller diaperbag but still need to pack the essentials. It can also be used as a school backpack for your little one.

The TWELVElittle Mini-Go Backpack in Cactus Print is made of a water-resistant material that is easy to clean. It is machine washable but spot cleaning is recommended. TWELVElittle On-The-Go Insulated Pouch in Leaf Print – Review

It’s almost fall, but I am still loving the Summer 2020 collection from TWELVElittle. The new and improved insulated pouch is here and I absolutely love it. This particular print is a very neutral leaf print which is both subtle yet beautiful. The leaf print will work perfectly for summer, winter, or fall.

My kids are 4 and 9 and are constantly in need of snacks regardless of where we are, so I need snacks on-the-go at all times. It’s hot in Florida so I love the fact that all my snacks will stay cool and dry. The interior of the pouch is fully insulated and the exterior is made of water-resistant PU coated polyester that is easily wipeable. The trim of the insulated pouch is made of polyester webbing. The TWELVElittle On-The-Go Insulated Pouch in Leaf Print goes perfectly with the On-The-Go Bottle Bag in Cactus Print.

A new fun feature is the included webbing loop with a detachable snap so I can attach it to my stroller or the headrest in my car.

A previous issue of the original insulated TWELVElittle bags was a leakage problem. That issue has been solved with the new and improved insulated TWELVElittle pouch. The zippers are sealed and waterproof now to prevent any leakage.

The brand-new TWELVElittle round “Stay Cool” ice-pack is included with the new TWELVElittle Insulated On-The-Go Pouch. The “Stay Cool” ice-pack is also available to buy separately on the TWELVElittle website. Adding the included icepack to the insulated pouch helps keep snacks cooler for longer.  

Most TWELVElittle products are machine washable including the TWELVElittle On-The-Go Insulated Pouch but spot cleaning is recommended. Machine wash only when needed: gentle cycle, cold wash, and air dry. As a busy mom, I need easy to clean products! I love that I can easily clean the TWELVElittle On-The-Go Insulated Pouch as needed.

This fabulous bag has both a Mommy Pocket and a Baby Pocket with just enough space to hold all the essentials. The Mommy Pocket has multiple card slots, a clear id slot, and a mesh zipper pocket.

The Baby pocket includes a slip pocket for diapers and an elastic strap to keep a baby wipe case in place. The Sensible Clutch does come with a custom TWELVElittle wipes case, but you can replace it with your own if you wish. The way you pack it is entirely up to you. You can pack it up for you and the kids, or just pack it for you. An Amazon Fire Tablet fits easily in the elastic straps as well.

Side gusset snaps on both sides allow the “baby” pocket zipper to go from half-way to a full opening. Double zippers allow access to all pockets for easy opening. It includes a vegan leather short strap with an adjustable buckle and an adjustable webbing long strap. You can wear it crossbody with the long strap or over the shoulder with the short strap. Both straps are removable so you can carry it as you wish.

The great thing about the Sensible Clutch is that there are so many uses and ways to pack it. Even if you are not a mom and have no kids, you can still use this cute bag. It looks more like a purse than a diaper bag so the possibilities are endless. It’s the perfect bag to use with or without baby.  So many accessories look super cute with it too.

Everyone went crazy last year for the Ju-Ju-Be release of Rosy Posy  and it sold out in minutes. Everyone has been begging for more florals ever since. Ju-Ju-Be listened and gave us more floral and now rose gold hardware! After Rosy Posy, I knew I had to get my hands on these brand-new prints.

Black & Bloom Be Right Back

The Ju-Ju-Be Black and Bloom print launched 3-6-18 which just happens to be my birthday month. So as a birthday present, my husband got me the Black & Bloom Be Right Back.

The Be Right Back is one of my favorite bags from Ju-Ju-Be. It holds a ton and is perfect for packing for more than one kid. I have a 1-year-old and a 7-year-old, so I usually pack extra clothes, tons of snacks, diapers, wipes, crayons, toys, coloring books etc. What I pack depends on the outing but those are usually the basics. I love to use it at the zoo and at theme parks so I can pack everything I need and be hands-free to deal with the kids.

  • Quick grab handle
  • Cell phone pocket

  • Exterior bottle pockets

The BRB is convenient and comfortable. I am loving it in Black and Bloom.

Black and Bloom is from the Onyx Collection so it includes Black hardware. I have noticed a difference in the zippers. They definitely seem to open and close a lot smoother than bags from the other Ju-Ju-Be collections.

The bright watercolored flowers of black and bloom go so well with so many prints. It’s also the perfect print for Spring!

As you can tell I have a thing for florals. I have two daughters so I am all for the super girly prints. Rosy Posy, Sakura Swirl, and Black & Bloom were all super limited prints from Ju-Ju-Be. I am so glad I was able to get what I could while it was around.

Sakura Swirl launched 4-3-18 and was very hard to get. The only way I managed to get one is that I went to a local trunk show and was lucky enough to grab the one and only be light available. Retailers only got a handful of the Rose Gold collection.

Sakura Swirl, Whimsical Watercolors, and Rose Colored Glass are all part of the newest Rose Gold collection from Ju-Ju-Be. They all came with beautiful rose-gold colored hardware.

I can’t wait to use my new Sakura Swirl Be Light! The light pops of color against the white make it simple yet elegant. Another bag perfect for Spring! It is gorgeous!

The Be Light is another favorite of mine. For either quick trips with the kids or just to use on my own as a mom bag. This bag is the lightest yet holds a ton! It’s easy to carry and you can attach D-rings to it to attach messenger straps.

Other features include:

  • Two insulated pockets
  • Inside zipper pocket
  • Main zipper closure
  • Light-colored linings

You can pack it with set pieces like I do or use an insert for the inside.

So what makes these bags different than all the others? One main feature is the Teflon fabric protector that helps repel stains. I don’t baby my bags so this is essential. Another is the Antimicrobial linings that kill germs, mold, mildew, fungus, bacteria, etc. And lastly, all the bags are machine washable. As a mom, all of these features make a huge difference. Collecting the prints is fun and the quality will last years.

Ju-Ju-Be for Christmas

The light’s have been taken down and the tree has been put away. The holidays are officially over! It’s bittersweet, I will miss the glow of the Christmas lights and driving around showing my kids all the beautiful decorations. The whole season is full of joy and excitement. We enjoyed so many festivities with the kids. We traveled all over town to bring them to all the Christmas events. There were also many quiet nights at home, watching our favorite Christmas movies while sipping hot cocoa. The other part of me is ready to get back to life and is counting down the days until my older two go back to school. Either way, we had a wonderful Christmas and was so grateful to be able to spend it together as a family.

Watching the excitement in my children’s eyes on Christmas morning is probably the best part of being a mom. Their list was short and simple. My daughter said just being with her family is the only gift she really needed. How sweet is that?

One thing she has been wanting for a while was a Ju-Ju-Be Itty Bitty Be and one of the new OOAKPL Silver Keychains. So when Ju-Ju-Be had a huge sale Black Friday weekend, I made sure I got my girls (and me) lots of goodies.

My older daughter was SO EXCITED to find her very own Itty Bitty Be in Super Toki under the tree. It’s a tiny Be Classy that includes a mini changing pad and a messenger strap to wear cross body. She loves that I also included her very own OOAKPL Silver Star Keychain! I told her it made her an official pink lady and that made her day. Her reaction was priceless!

The Super Toki Itty Bitty Be is a vibrant print with Tokidoki superheroes. The inside has the Sweet Victory print with a bright red, blue and yellow. This print is perfect for my daughter.

She loves wearing it crossbody and takes it everywhere we go. She either carries her wallet with spending money or fills it with shopkins, hatchimals, or other little tiny toys. It’s just the right size for my little pink lady in training.

The Itty Bitty Be is really just the cutest thing ever. It is perfect for all the little pink ladies out there. It comes in so many different prints too. My daughter was thrilled to own her very own Ju-Ju-Be bag, just like Mommy.

Mommy got her first Be Classy from Santa in the Dandy Lines print! Up until now I have only used quicks, lights, and set pieces. This is my first structured bag and what a game changer! I love how it can be used as a purse and a diaper bag.

Both of my girls love to use the Ju-Ju-Be Paci Pods. My older daughter clips hers on her bags to store her little toys. She was given the Tokidoki – Tokipops Paci Pod and was so happy! My younger daughter occasionally uses a pacifier, so I will actually be using her Unikki 2.0 Paci Pod for her pacifier. She likes to carry it around like a wristlet or I use it clipped on my bags. I scored both of these Paci Pods for a really great deal as well during Black Friday weekend. The retailer I ordered from also threw in a Tokidoki x Bebe Au Lait tote as a GWP, which I was so excited about!

The Ju-Ju-Be Paci Pods have two elastic bands inside that can hold a variety of items but are primarily used for holding two pacifiers one on each side. They have Teflon fabric protection to help repel stains and Agion treatment to protect the liner from bacteria.

Not only are Paci Pods a cute way to accessorize your bags, but there are so many uses for them besides holding pacifiers.

The Ju-Ju-Be Happy Hearts Lanyard is the cutest lanyard in my favorite print! Rad Hearts and Happy Hearts was an exclusive pink lady collaboration with Rad & Happy. It was a very limited print but the lanyards are still available online at Ju-Ju-Be. Lanyards can be used for work badges, Id’s, and passes. I attach mine to my keys so I can easily find them.

So overall my family and I had a wonderful Christmas. Not only was it was filled with my favorite Ju-Ju-Be, the best part of it all was sharing the holiday with my family. We are so grateful that we could be together for the holidays. My husband goes on call once a month and sometimes it falls on a holiday which is a major bummer. He works so hard for his family so I can stay home with our three kids. Every moment I can spend with my husband and kids is a true blessing.

Rainbow Mama Bear & OOAKPL

Thanksgiving has come and gone, and so has a ton of sales! I had to stop looking as I just couldn’t justify any more online shopping. Either way, I did manage to score some major deals! One recent sale was from the stylish brand of Loved by Hannah and Eli! It’s a small business run by Sarah Duncan who makes all of the adorable “Mama Bear” apparel we know and love. I scored a Rainbow Mama Bear  – Vneck from her recent sale and I am loving the rainbow lettering!

It’s part of her Rainbow Mama Bear collection, which pays tribute to those who have suffered a miscarriage or infant loss. Proceeds from this collection are donated to charity’s that offer grief counseling and other services for these suffering Moms. I myself have never gone through an infant loss or miscarriage, but a close friend of mine has. It was a heartbreaking experience to watch her go through. So when I saw this beautiful rainbow tee, I automatically thought of her and had to get it!

There are so many cute collections available at Loved by Hannah and Eli. She is very active on social media and is constantly running fun giveaways, especially in her VIP group on Facebook. Such a fun community I am so excited to be a part of! I will also say that the customer service I received was beyond belief! She went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be happier.

Along with my new “Mama Bear” t-shirt, I also scored some fun goodies from my favorite Ju-Ju-Be! Not only do they carry diaper bags and accessories, but they also carry keychains and lanyards. As soon as I saw these I had to have them.

The Ju-Ju-Be OOAKPL Keychains stand for – One of A Kind Pink Lady. A Pink Lady is basically a hard-core Ju-Ju-Be Fan. There is a very large community of women (and some men!) who all share a strong love and passion for everything Ju-Ju-Be. There used to be a Ju-Ju-Be forum of fans called The Pink Room, but it has now become a chat group on Facebook. We all share our new bag prints and styles, ask questions, and have a first look at the new releases, special sales, etc. It is really quite amazing and it’s a group I am proud to be a part of.
